The library strives to foster a love of reading within our school community by offering quality literature and reference resources for kindergarten through 8th graders at The Wesley School. Our librarian works closely with classroom teachers to provide appropriate resources to support ongoing curricula. Lower school students visit the library weekly for story time and special instruction. Middle school students utilize the library as an ongoing resource. The collection includes award winners, contemporary literature, and classics. The non-fiction resources support the curriculum studied in the classrooms.

Kindergarteners may check out one book a week.
1st - 3rd may check out two books for one week. When a class project requires they may check out additional books.
4th and up may check out 3 books for two weeks.
If a student has any books that are overdue they may not check out additional books.
Books damaged or lost are to be replaced or paid for by the student.
Parents are welcome to borrow books for their children.
Click on the button above to search our OPAC (online catalog). You can search without logging in. To login to your account, type your username - first initial and last name, and then your password, which is just your last name. All lower case. From there you can see what books you have out, when they are due, put a hold on a book, renew a book, write a review.
It is a Wesley tradition for kids (if they like) to donate a book to the Wesley library on their birthday. Check our wishlist on Amazon to see what books we'd like. When it's their birthday and they go up in community, they bring the book with them and share it. Ms O takes it to the library and puts a book plate inside. It's fun when kids find a book with one of the birthday bookplates inside.
