Athletics Uniforms
Each student athlete is required to wear a Wesley jersey and shorts (with the exception of swimming) for games and meets that will "travel" with them throughout the sports seasons. Grades 4 & 5 wear blue jerseys and shorts and grades 6 - 8 wear green jerseys and shorts. If your child has a jersey from last year that still fits and corresponds with their grade level division (lower vs. middle school), they are encouraged to wear them again, so please select the corresponding option below to only purchase shorts.
*** if you are purchasing a new athletic jersey, please ensure your child's last name on this form is exactly how you would like it to appear on the back of their jersey.
***please note shorts run small, check out this size guide to ensure that your shorts purchase will fit your child.
***numbers are given on a first come first serve basis, and priority will be given to those who have had that number in previous years
