Here's a special note from our host Urvashi Larson:
I have always enjoyed cooking traditional Indian food for my family and close friends, and for me creating home-cooked meals for larger groups was something that came out of the pandemic. Mulligatawny soup is my son's favorite, and the warm soup combined with paratha, veggie samosas and mint chutney is the perfect way to end a cool and crisp February day!
