8th Grade Science

8th Grade Science will cover basic principles of physics and chemistry (trimester 1); earth science (trimester 2) and biology (trimester 3). The focus of this curriculum is to reinforce student understanding through independent reviews, labs, and projects throughout the school year for the topics covered. Regular nightly review, attentiveness during class, and consistent effort will help to assure that success. Students are expected to take their science supplies to each class meeting and to make use of the Class Pages (8th Grade Science) to check current class information and Blackbaud to check the status of your grade.
