Message from the Search Committee
The Search Committee is beginning to review applicants for Head of School with the guidance of our consultants Tom Hudnut and Debbie Reed, of RG175. The deadline for submissions is February 15, 2019. After this date, we will spend three weeks considering submitted resumés and supporting documentation to reduce the number of candidates from the current number of more than twenty to fewer than ten.
By the middle of March, we will be conducting face-to-face interviews with semi-finalist candidates either in person or via video link. The selection of three finalists will be concluded by the end of March.
There will be two days of onsite visits for each of the three finalists in mid April. At that time, the broader Wesley community will be invited to public meetings with the finalists in order to meet and learn more about them.
The Search Committee will make its recommendation and the full Board will vote to select the next Head of School by mid to end of May.
